Alison Taafe Master Chef

Come and watch Alison create two amazing menus using market produce only. Follow her methods and you too can dazzle your friends.

The good news is that all the meals prepared are available for tasting afterwards, how good is that?

So please come and watch her starting at 8.00 with a brunch menu consisting of :

Warm smoked salmon, goats cheese and avocado frittata, followed by
farmhouse potatoes, bacon, sausages and eggs. Finishing with:
Warm vanilla and black pepper berries with Greek Yoghurt and Nuts.

The Lunch menu is

Fresh pasta with prawns, lemon and chilli; served with rocket and parmesan salad followed by:
Risotto with smoked bacon and pecorino cheese accompanied by shaved fennel salad.
Dessert: Warm Asian spiced pineapple with meringues.
